Ultrasonic vibrating screens are circular shaped screen separators that are ideal for
solids/solids and solids/liquids applications. These consist of
specially designed motor which is mounted vertically at the center
of the base plate of the screen. It is placed in between feeding
hopper & bowl .
Ultrasonic vibrating screen features
By improving the low density of powder in the gravity settling down
and sliding,improve the high density of metal in the front-end
ports stranded or wedging and the adhesion effect of electrostatic
powder,to improve the quality of screening efficiency and
screening.In screening pass rate,usually more than the ordinary
vibration sieve pass rate of 50% to 440%.

Working principle
Ultrasonic Vibrating Screens are made up of ultrasonic controller,
converter and resonance loop. Electric oscillation generated by the
ultrasonic controller is converted by the converter into high
frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillatory wave, which transfers
to the resonance loop and create resonance and then goes uniformly
onto the screen surface. Ultrasonic vibration is added to the low
frequency rotating vibration of materials on the screen mesh,
preventing mesh clog and enhancing the screen’s productivity and
quality.
Application
It is widely used in grinding materials, chemical, construction,
chemical,
pharmacy, metallurgy, ceramics, fertilizers, coal industry to
screening
and grading the granular and powder bulk materials.
